In a significant announcement, organizers revealed that the official ceremony for the UAE National Day, also known as UAE Union Day, will take center stage at Expo City, Dubai. This annual celebration, marking the unification of the Emirates in 1971, will unfold on December 2, coinciding with Expo City’s hosting of the climate change conference COP28 from November 30 to December 12.

Embracing the Year of Sustainability:

2023 has been declared the “Year of Sustainability” in the Emirates, and the December 2 ceremony at Expo City will echo this theme.
