Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Concludes Official Visit to India, Strengthening UAE-India Ties

Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, has successfully concluded his official visit to India, further reinforcing the strong historical, social, and economic ties between the two nations. He was warmly bid farewell at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport by Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Maharashtra’s Minister of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.

During his visit, Sheikh Khaled expressed his gratitude for the generous hospitality extended to him, highlighting the long-standing bonds between the UAE and India, which have been nurtured over decades. He emphasized the commitment of both nations’ leadership to advance these ties toward new horizons of cooperation and shared prosperity.

In high-level discussions with India’s President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Sheikh Khaled reaffirmed the UAE’s dedication to fostering economic cooperation and strengthening cultural connections with India. The two nations share a vision of future prosperity, with their leadership working closely to explore new opportunities.

A key outcome of the visit was the signing of strategic partnerships between public and private entities from both countries. These agreements further build on the UAE-India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, which was established in May 2022, enhancing collaboration in sectors critical to both nations’ growth.

Sheikh Khaled also attended several cultural events during his visit, underscoring the deep cultural bonds that unite the UAE and India. These activations celebrated the enduring friendship and collaboration between the two countries.
