Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) has officially begun offering driver and vehicle licensing services under its Abu Dhabi Mobility initiative. This move is part of a broader strategy to create a unified, smart, and integrated system for all licensing operations in the capital, aligning with the Emirate’s development goals and enhancing its global competitiveness.

The new service offerings will streamline operations related to driver and vehicle licensing, including the issuance of driving licenses, vehicle registrations, renewals, and updates, as well as the management of fines and violations. These services aim to provide a more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly experience for residents and businesses in Abu Dhabi.

Director-General of ITC, Abdulla Al Marzouqi, highlighted that maintaining the delivery of high-quality services, while enhancing collaboration with strategic partners, will remain a key focus in the next phase. He assured that the transition to offering these services through Abu Dhabi Mobility will not disrupt the customer experience or existing partnerships.

The driver and vehicle licensing services will continue to be available at service centres in Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, and the Al Dhafra region. Customers can also access these services via digital platforms, smartphone apps, the Tamm government services platform, and through dedicated contact centres.

This initiative forms part of Abu Dhabi’s broader vision to modernize its transport sector and align with global standards and practices, reinforcing the Emirate’s standing in international transport competitiveness.
