Abu Dhabi, UAE – March 2025 – Indian airliner Akasa Air has announced the launch of daily direct flights to Abu Dhabi from Bengaluru and Mumbai, further strengthening its presence in the UAE. This expansion complements its existing daily service between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi, reflecting the airline’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for travel between India and the UAE.
New Flight Schedules
The new daily flights will enhance connectivity for travelers between India and the UAE. The Bengaluru-Abu Dhabi route will see flights departing Bengaluru at 10:00 AM and arriving in Abu Dhabi at 12:35 PM. The return flight will take off from Abu Dhabi at 3:00 AM and land in Bengaluru at 8:45 AM local time.
Similarly, the Ahmedabad-Abu Dhabi route will operate daily flights departing Ahmedabad at 10:45 PM and arriving in Abu Dhabi at 1:00 AM. The return flight will leave Abu Dhabi at 2:50 PM and arrive in Ahmedabad at 7:25 PM local time.

Since its launch on August 7, 2022, Akasa Air has rapidly expanded its network, currently connecting 22 Indian cities and five international destinations. These include Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Delhi, Guwahati, Agartala, Pune, Lucknow, Goa, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Port Blair, Ayodhya, Gwalior, Srinagar, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Doha (Qatar), Jeddah, Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Abu Dhabi (UAE), and Kuwait City (Kuwait).
The airline commenced its international operations on March 28, 2024, with non-stop flights from Mumbai to Doha, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.
