K.S. Karthik’s upcoming investigative thriller Sathaan has already captured the attention of Malayalam cinema enthusiasts. The film, which recently completed its post-production work, is set to release in the first week of April. While the trailer of Sathaan was recently released on the Speed Audio & Video YouTube channel and has already garnered significant attention, the first song from the movie is set to release tomorrow, on 15th March 2025, via the same platform.
Sathaan marks K.S. Karthik’s directorial venture after his acclaimed films Iraye Thaadal and Her Story. Karthik has also written the screenplay for this project, which is produced by Moviola Entertainments.
The film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Riaz Pathan, Harris Mannanchery, Sujesh Kumar, Jecin Shah, Sanath K.S., Sumeesh, Rajagopal, Milton Michael, Nandakumar, Roshan, Vinod Pulikkal, Vinod Prabhakar, Jincy Chinnappan, Felisha, Hira Srinivasan, Aakansha Damodar, Amritha Anoop, Krishna Priya, and others.
The technical team includes Hussein handling cinematography, editing, and coloring, while Vishnu Prabho V is in charge of music and BGM. The associate director is Roshan George, with Anoop Sabu handling makeup, Vinu Lavanya on costumes, and Febin Angamali as the production controller. The action sequences are choreographed by Murugados Chennai, and sound design and mixing are managed by Krishnajith S. Stills are captured by Anu, designs by Ananthu Ashokan, and PR by P. Shiva Prasad.
