Luxury Gaming Resort in Ras Al Khaimah Lists First Job Openings

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first integrated gaming resort, has officially launched its careers page, inviting professionals to join its team ahead of its 2027 opening.

Current Job Openings

The $3.9 billion mega-resort has listed seven key vacancies so far, including:

  • Executive Director of Technical Operations
  • Procurement Analyst
  • IT Application Support Analyst
  • Compensation & Benefits Manager
  • Contract Services Administrator & Manager
  • Talent Acquisition Recruiter

More positions will be announced as construction progresses.

A Landmark Project for the UAE

Scheduled to open in early 2027Wynn Al Marjan will feature:

  • 1,542 luxury rooms, suites, and villas
  • shopping mallspa, and convention facilities
  • Over 20 restaurants and lounges
  • 225,000 sq. ft. gaming area (the first in the MENA region)
  • Nightclub, beach club, and entertainment venues

Massive Employment Opportunities

Industry experts estimate that luxury resorts typically require 1.2 to 1.5 employees per room—meaning Wynn Al Marjan could hire over 2,300 staff or more, given its gaming and entertainment facilities.

Ras Al Khaimah’s Tourism Boom

The emirate aims to attract 3.5 million tourists by 2030, doubling its current 8,000 hotel keys to 16,000-20,000. The Wynn project is a key driver of this growth.

First UAE Gaming License

In October 2024, Wynn Resorts was awarded the UAE’s first commercial gaming license by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).

Construction on Track

  • One floor is being added per week
  • Reached the 38th floor in March 2024
  • Expected to top off construction by end of 2024
