During the holy month, government sector employees are required to work from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. These timings apply to both fasting and non-fasting employees, ensuring that individuals have the opportunity to engage in religious observances and cultural practices associated with Ramadan.
The implementation of specific working hours during Ramadan reflects the commitment of the government to accommodate the spiritual and personal needs of its employees during this significant period in the Islamic calendar.
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) had previously issued a circular outlining the official working hours for employees of federal authorities during the holy month of Ramadan.
