The monumental development, located in Dubai Marina, stands at an impressive 450 meters and is not only set to be the tallest residential tower but also the world’s tallest residential clock tower. Named “Aeternitas” after Franck Muller’s most intricate timepiece, boasting 36 complications and 1,483 components, the tower represents the convergence of architectural grandeur and horological excellence.

Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, “With this partnership, we aim to create a living experience that reflects the brand values and vision of both London Gate and Franck Muller. An exclusive branded residential project; this will stand as a testament to our commitment to crafting unparalleled and never-seen spaces that resonate with our brand partner’s essence and prestige.”

Franck Muller’s Managing Director, Erol Baliyan, echoed the enthusiasm, saying, “It is incredible to launch Franck Muller’s first-ever real estate collaboration in a world-class city like Dubai, known to be one of the most vibrant, luxurious, and developed cities in the world. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for our brand.”

The luxury residential project, officially named Aeternitas, is scheduled for unveiling in January 2024, offering residents a unique living experience characterized by the fusion of architectural innovation and Franck Muller’s legacy of excellence. Anticipated handover is set for 2026.

The development builds on London Gate’s success in the UAE real estate market, following the sell-out of previous projects Maya V, Nadine I, and Nadine II. Aeternitas is poised to contribute to Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for architectural marvels and luxurious living experiences.
